Cooking Class

A typical event runs 3.5 to 4 hours, 1/2 hour for drinks and small bites,

 

1 1/2 hours of cooking and the rest of the time for eating and mingling. A full-service sit-down dinner where everyone enjoys the meal they’ve created unless otherwise requested.

 

All menus are custom designed  to suit your individual tastes, skills, and our kitchen equipment, and can be arranged to cover any Caribbean Island cuisine , or you can choose from our preset menus

Please note: Depending on availability, there may be a kitchen or space rental fee of 50% associated with your booking.

Hands On Cooking , is where everyone gets involve in the cooking process from start to finish, the atmosphere is upbeat and interactive


Class size range from 10 - 25 people


Guest get to eat the dishes they've prepared and are also provided with a beverage.

Each student will receive electronic copies of the recipes at the end of class.

​

Scheduling

Weekend availability is very limited, and may need to be booked months in advance as weekends dates fill up quite fast.

Cooking Classes in Your Home

Through in-home cooking classes, students learn how to cook the foods they love to eat in a relaxing environment. Clients choose their own date and time of their class, the dishes or menu they want to learn, and we will make it happen

Classes are approximately 2 ½ - 3 and up to 4 hours and everything is included.

WE WILL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE

Classes can be held in any kitchen in New York City (Brooklyn ,  Queens, Staten Island and The Bronx included).  Certain parts of New Jersey. We will travel beyond these boroughs to teach our delicious Caribbean Cuisine,  traveling costs are based on your distance from Manhattan at $30/hour round trip
