Pholourie Mix

Pholourie are basically little balls of split pea flour fried and served in a thin sweet chutney sauce (usually mango or tamarind). You can buy them in little paper bags with the sauce in a little plastic bag included. 

Simply Caribbean  Pholourie mix is made with all purpose flour,salt,sugar, ground turmeric, baking powder,roasted cumin,garlic powder, split pea powder and yeast.

Our Pholourie mix is one of the best on the market and it  makes  really  nice light and fluffy pholouries .

Eaten best with Tamarind sauce or Mango chutney, not sold with the mix!
