What is this all about? I am sure you're asking.
It's about creating an online space for at least 6 weeks to help you create delicious Caribbean Inspired Dishes - Traditional and Healthy.
It's about starting of the year with the right tools so you can keep eating the delicious Caribbean food that you love, you don't have to go without eating your food because you think it's unhealthy .. We will be creating dishes with healthy and fresh ingredients..
I like calling my style of cooking Modern Fusion.

I have been bombarded with emails, text and yes sometimes phone calls with people asking me about how they can make Caribbean food healthier, my response would always be, but Caribbean food is already healthy, most people would come back with, but we use a lot of heavy stuff in our foods and not so much healthy ingredients, I tend to differ. But I needed to do my own research on that.
Guess What! - I did
I am happy to share everything that I have learned in the last year, All of these recipes I will be sharing with you has been tested by me, so I can assure you they are all on point.
I will also be advising on where you can get hard to find ingredients as well as alternatives for allergies etc!
