Private Events

A typical event runs 3.5 to 4 hours, 1/2 hour for drinks and small bites,

 

1 1/2 hours of cooking and the rest of the time for eating and mingling. A full-service sit-down dinner where everyone enjoys the meal they’ve created unless otherwise requested.

 

Classes are offered in several different formats, and can be arranged to cover any Caribbean Island cuisine

 

Menus are customized for your group or you can choose from any  of our preset menus​​

 
 
Birthday Parties
More than 12 people and the birthday guest is on us with no other discounts given.

Please note:.Depending on availability, there may be a kitchen or space rental fee associated with your booking.

Hands On Cooking , is where everyone gets involve in the
cooking process from start to finish, the atmosphere is upbeat and interactive


Class size range from 8 - 50 people


Guest get to eat the dishes they've prepared and are also provided with a beverage. Recipe packet send by email

Private Cooking & Birthday Parties

 

  • Groups of 10 - 12 are $145 - per person and up to $160

  • Groups of 13 - 15 are $135 per person and up to $150 

  • Groups of 16 - 30 are $130 per person and up to $140.

  • Groups of 31 and up are $115 per person and up to $130

  • All prices are based on an 10 persons minimum, less than 10 people, you are more than welcome to attend one of our cooking classes or you will be required to pay $165 per person.

  • Final prices are determined on your menu selection

  • Manhattan Event Space - 25 people - 2 months advance notice

  • Manhattan Commercial Kitchen - 24 People - very long wait or must book 8 weeks in advance - Kitchen Rental Fee Applies

  • Brooklyn Commercial Restaurant - 30 people – very long wait, or book at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Extra Charge of $150 for last minute Bookings, Last minute bookings are any bookings made less 7 days of your event.
