Please try and book a class as early as possible to ensure you have a space in that class
However, after your voucher expires , you can still use it for the face value of the voucher
What happens if my voucher is expired?
You may still be able to use your voucher beyond its expiration date, but only for the amount that you paid for it.
When a voucher expires, it is still worth the value that you paid for it up to a certain number of years, depending on applicable law and when such voucher was purchased.
The paid portion of all vouchers purchased in the U.S. after August 22, 2010 will not expire until at least 5 years from the date of purchase (certain states require an even longer expiration period and some states never allow expiration). For example, if you purchased a voucher after August 22, 2010 valued at $50 worth of cupcakes or cooking classes, and you only paid $25 for that voucher, it is still worth $25 once the expiration date passes up to
at least 5 years subsequent to the date of purchase, or even longer depending on applicable law.
For vouchers purchased prior to August 22, 2010, the expiration dates vary by jurisdiction.
Vouchers have two separate values: (a) the “amount paid” and (b) the promotional value. The “promotional value”
is the additional value beyond the amount paid. Together, the amount paid and the promotional value equals the “full offer value” of the voucher.
For example, if you paid $20 for a voucher that gets you $50 of goods or services from a Merchant, the full offer value is $50, the amount paid is $20 (this amount does not expire until it is used or is refunded), and the promotional value is $30 (this amount expires on the date stated on the voucher unless expiration of the promotional value is prohibited by law).
You are allowed to take notes during the class.
